Green Lancaster helps to provide low cost bikes and basic cycle accessories at Lancaster University through bike sales events through the year, usually taking place in Alexandra Square at the centre of the University.

The next cycle sales day will take place on Wednesday 14th March 2012 in Alexandra Square between 11:00 and 15:00.

Bike Service Information:

Everyone who purchases a bike from Green Lancaster, whether this is a new bike or second hand, is entitled to an inclusive service within the first 2 months of purchase! In addition our monthly bike service sessions on campus are now open to all cyclists at Lancaster University. These Dr Bike style sessions offer safety checks, minor repairs and advice, however demand is usually high so please come along as early as you can in the day.

The next bike service session will be taking place on Wednesday 14th March 2012 between 10:00 – 16:00 in Alexandra Square on campus.

Additional bike servicing sessions are carried out monthly by Furniture Matters. These sessions take place at the ‘Pedal Power’ training centre at 1 Ridge Square in Lancaster on the first Saturday of the month between 09.30 and 16.30. They operate on a drop-in basis, however there may be small charges for labour and replacement parts.
